Informed me that the solid side of my tank had not been cleaned in years. Completed his work in a timely manner. Described in detail what he was doing and instructed me on how to keep leach lines dry and flowing properly.

Excellent service. I called to make the appt to pump the septic and didn't know where the lid was since he recently bought the house. The man I talked to pulled the house up on Google maps and talked me through likely locations based on the aerial view of the property. With his helpful instructions I was able to locate the lid in a few minutes. When the team came out to pump they were on time, pleasant, and professional. I will definitely be using this service again. I also got an inspection report with pictures so that if we sell the house in the future the next buyer won't have this treasure hunting experience.

This is my second time in the last two years using this company. They are very considerate and professional. They listen and understand what you are asking from them or needing to have done. My service tech was the absolute nicest person. He answered my questions and didn’t have an issue with explaining things. It is so hard these days to find a decent company with decent service techs. I will continue to use this company. I highly recommend them.

I called this company at 11:30 on a Friday in hopes they would be able to come out and empty our septic tank, it was full and needed to be emptied. Our toilet could no longer flush. The woman I spoke to on the phone was WONDERFULLY sweet and helpful. She said they were already booked up but could get me on a cancelation list. I was thrilled to death with that answer, even if I couldn't get an actual appointment until next week, she then told me if they couldn't do it that day, they'd come out the next day. I know they were booked up, every septic service is, we called probably about 10 and none could get to us until the next week. I got a call at 1:30 from the technician he was on his way, I didn't not schedule this as an emergency service, and yet they got to our house in two hours. AMAZING.The technician was extremely professional, very fast, and very knowledgeable, explaining everything along the way. He was finished in like half an hour, if even that. Th pricing is incredibly affordable, and the best pricing that we had come across. I can't recommend them enough, we'll be using this company for all our septic maintenance and anything else we can use them for.

I cannot say enough about AAA. At about 2 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon, our septic tank backed up into our house. All tubs, toilets and drains had water coming up. I called AAA and they had a tech out within 2 hours. Chris O. Was wonderful. Not only fixed our problem but made suggestions on how to keep it from happening again. Pumped my septic tank and gave me confirmation that system is working properly.

Justin very quickly found the "lost" septic system, uncovered the lid, removed the roots that had found their way under the lid and unclogged my system. I feel so relieved to know the problem isn't larger. Justin had a mask, unlike another companies' plumber that had referred me to AAA. He answered questions and told me things I didn't even know I should know about the system. He did and EXCELLENT JOB! They are "green" in being paperless I appreciate that alot. They communicate constantly and clearly. The office staff was also very professional and explain things about a septic system I didn't know. She scheduled quickly around my time frame. This company deserves to call itself AAA and could even add a plus + and be correct!

Followup communication via text/email about appointment was helpful, as was call-ahead from technician to tell me he was on the way. Best of all, Justin, the technician who unclogged a drain with a stubborn clog, was fantastic. He approached the problem expertly, methodically, and efficiently all while also kindly answering my questions and showing me what he saw on the camera scope so I could understand the issue. Justin definitely went above and beyond what I normally experience with service calls. James pumped the septic tank and gave good verbal and written report about the health of the system. Awesome company! I spoke with Trudy to schedule the appt. Trudy was not only kind and empathetic but she was very knowledgeable on my situation. During the crazy days of COVID, coupled with nonstop rain, Justin came out to review my property for a septic tank replacement. Justin called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and we talked briefly about my situation. I was concerned that this downpour was cause a delay but it didn’t bother him at all and he was on time. Since I could not be there, he took pictures and called to inform me of the process. There wasn’t a question I had that he couldn’t answer. He also provided pictures and a quote immediately so I could easily refer to our discussion. There is no question that I will be using them. Will provide another review once the work is complete. Again, extremely pleased so far with AAA Wastewater!!!! We had a septic tank that we thought was full. Roto Rooter came out and confirmed it. So since it was a Sunday, what to do. I contacted them Monday morning and said we had an emergency septic tank issue. I was told they were booked for the day but they could get me in on an emergency basis for an additional fee. That was fair to me since their staff would still be coming but it would be after their normal time. They showed up around 4:20pm. Bill and Justin were polite and very helpful. They helped me find the second lid to the tank and it was dug up quickly. Four inches below grass. Needless to say they got the job done and were pulling out of the driveway around 5:30pm. Everything is great and I couldn't be more impressed. The kids even came out and looked and then thanked them as well since we could now use the showers, toilets and sinks again! I would use them again!!

I highly recommend this company! I needed a new aerator pump installed in my septic system. I called a different company recommended by the company who pumps the tank, and it was awful. Answered the phone like a caveman, and getting information was like pulling teeth. After calling around for some time, I finally found AAA Wastewater, and it was like a ray of sunshine broke through the clouds. Polite, professional, and helpful - I had my new pump installed two days later at a reasonable cost. The service tech was great as well. Don't waste time like I did - just call these guys.

We called 3 septic companies in one day, just for pricing, and this company was the only one who answered the phone! Then the next day we discovered a clog in our lines from the house to the tank. I called on Monday with my new problem from the weekend and explained that we had to get our tanks pumped ASAP as the plumbers were coming to replace all our pipes in the yard. They were understanding and sympathetic to the situation. They got us in and got the tanks taken care of without the plumbers being disrupted. Their communication was A+. I had called at 7p.m at night and they were there answering phones. They called back to get things scheduled. I got a phone call, an email and a text when the technician was on his way. Very impressed with them. Very, very appreciative of everything they did for us.

AAA waste water came out on Feb 14 2020 10° and pumped my septic. They answered all my questions I had and didnt seemed to be annoyed by me lol. I have never done something like this before (my first house) and they were so friendly and very knowledgeable. They found my tank, which I had no clue where it was, so that was nice and got it all pumped out. While they were there I decided I wanted a riser put on , they helped me with that and I was able to pay it all that day or they gave me the option to pay the other half when they came back out to do the riser, they also dont have a credit card fee which was super nice! Sam , Chris and Scott did the pump and did great, all joking and having fun with each other, clearly liked their jobs and they didnt have a volger mouth either! Ryan cam out and put the riser on the following Monday, I was not home so I don't know about him BUT his work was great also! He filled in the dirt around my riser and installed the lid, leveled the dirt pretty good and didnt put any trash back in the hole. Also Judy on the phone who helped me schedule everything was so nice and very helpful!! All in all I highly recommend this place! 100%....Also I did some checking around to other places and these guys are 1 of the cheapest! Getting pooped sucked out of a 1000 gallon tank should be over $300 its a job alot of people dont want to do, so I was happy to pay my bill and I think it was more then fair for the price, so for the people saying they was expensive, no they weren't, NOT by any means!! It's a nasty job and should pay good!

As for this being our first time with the septic process, AAA Wastewater helped us through the process. They were timely with their appointments with the dig, cleaning, and riser install. I didn't really shop around for pricing, but it seemed fair for the market for septic pumping. The techs that came out left muddy tracks through our patio and breeze way, but their professionalism and very courteous manner caused my OCD to overlook the muddy mess.
