I scheduled a septic system service call. AAA Wastewater allowed me to schedule online and a few days prior a text message reminder was sent reminding me of the day and time. On the day of the appointment the driver called when he was 20 minutes away and another text message was sent to me with his name and photo so I would be certain who was coming to service our system. I am very happy with the communication and service.

Justin and Chris were fantastic! Justin got my septic tank cleaned out and kept me informed with what was going on! When he was wasn't able to unclog the pipe he called Chris to bring the right tool! Excellent service! Trudy on the phone was professional and kind when setting up appointment. Followup communication via text/email about appointment was helpful, as was call-ahead from technician to tell me he was on the way. Best of all, Justin, the technician who unclogged a drain with a stubborn clog, was fantastic. He approached the problem expertly, methodically, and efficiently all while also kindly answering my questions and showing me what he saw on the camera scope so I could understand the issue. Justin definitely went above and beyond what I normally experience with service calls. James pumped the septic tank and gave good verbal and written report about the health of the system. I will absolutely continue to use AAA Wastewater for all of our septic and drain needs.
